Hurray!!!!! I won the prize “Wedding Photo of the year 2015”!
I am so happy and proud! ♡ It’s still unreal …
I flew to Stockholm and was there when the award was handed out during the Stockholm Wedding Fair 2015 at the Grand Hotel! The contest “Golden Heart” organized by the magazine Lifestyle Wedding is one of the industry’s key rates. The price was voted by the magazine’s readers and a jury of experts. It was a great experience to go up on stage, being interviewed and photographed. I got lots of great prizes too! But it’s finest is probably still the honor! Other categories were of Bridals of the Year, Proposal of the year and Bridal Jewelry of the year.
The winning photo was taken at Norrvikens Trädgårdar in August 2014. I took it during a break at the wedding dinner (this wedding) when I took the opportunity to pull out the bridal couple in the beautiful evening light. This is my absolute favorite light! It is called the “Golden Hour” and the sun is just going down. The light is soft, warm, flattering and all the colors are so beautiful pastel! The bride and groom were relaxed, happy and completely in there “wedding bubble”. Here you can see the winning picture! ♡
